In order to be able to postpone your event, you will need to confirm that the location, programme and speakers remain the same as in the original application. Please upload the programme of your event with the new dates on the EACCME platform. Should there be any change in the scientific programme, please highlight these.

Upon receipt of your programme, we will update your application with the correct dates so that you can retrieve the corrected letter of accreditation and certificate. Once you have uploaded your programme, thank you for informing the EACCME office by return of email to accreditation@uems.eu.
